Elvictor's main objective is to offer bespoke services and transparency; therefore, all our data is provided in our Clients Interface in a public display that may be customized as requested and viewed in real-time as uploaded by our employees.
Records, documents, crew data, crew recruitment, placement progress, and much other information are available to our clients at the same time available in our system.
Clients Interface empowers our clients' hands as it provides them the opportunity to control much of their crew operations without the need to further communicate with our staff via email or other means of communication.
The cloud intranet saves time and cuts unnecessary human interactions, usually leading to misinterpretations and errors.
Our Clients' may:
- open requests for the crew in a specific vessel for a particular time
- reject or accept proposed crew
- transfer accepted crew around their fleet
- postpone their employment
- schedule online interviews with proposed seafarers
- upload ex-crew appraisals
- add notes about seafarers
- approve pre-employment cash advances requested by the crew and many more.
All above actions are automatically appearing in our system for all involved employees to see and make arrangements as necessary.
The majority of documents existing in our database, including our Regional Offices’ licenses and certificates, medical centers’ accreditations, seafarers’ papers, and records, are always accessible in real-time. The way to retrieve these documents is offered in a predefined display or be fully customizable according to individual Clients’ needs. Quality and IT departments are continually cooperating to ensure that this transparency and customization is correctly implemented and perpetually.
Our system sends via email automatically to our Clients in defined intervals, various reports, and KPIs. Those reports and KPIs include annual and monthly crew change scheduling reports, ex-crew availability reports, crew promotions done and promotions possible to be effected, monthly crew wages breakdown per vessel and rank, crew age analysis, and many more. Clients may access ad-hoc all those reports and KPIs in a default format that we have made available or in any form that may be requested and fit their needs. Due to our vast database and record-keeping, we can create almost any report that our Clients request, which they may access, both via email and the Intranet.
We provide our customers customizable live audit tools where they can have a quick, compendious look at the status of various records and documents of our offices, suppliers, and crew relevant to their fleet.
With few clicks, the system draws comprehensively in a user-friendly display; according to our experience, all those records are needed for our clients' compliance with International Regulations and Industry Standards. As with all other actions, this display is fully customizable and may be downloaded in various file formats for any use.
