When the seafarer confirms the above-requested information, an automatic email is generated. It is sent to the clinic, stating the (GDPR Consented) basic seafarer information and a list of the medical exams the seafarer has to take as per the Ship Manager's medical requirements.

Depending on the differing policies, each ship manager is treated separately, and customization of the requirements is "hard-coded" into Elvictor's Ecosystem. There are cases where the same Ship Manager has separate medical policies concerning medical examinations, various clinics due to the fleet's different P&I Clubs.
