This stage is where the Ship Manager's Crew Department has reviewed the candidates that Elvictor's Operations' Center officials have proposed, and their application is approved. At this stage, there are additional digitalization interactive procedures that follow for the safe and controlled recruitment process.
How to Lineup
Having reviewed the applicant and be secured that this applicant is above the Ship Management’s recruiting criteria and in line with their policy, the Ship Manager’s crew department decides to click the accept button on Elvictor’s SaaS Ship Manager’s intranet account. For rejection of an applicant, the Ship Manager’s crew department’s official may press the button to reject.
Seafarer’s Automated Notification
The system automatically develops pairs of compliance scenarios based on the officers’ matrix and based on the Ship Manager’s parametric requirements from the above-indexed pool.
Interaction
When the seafarer is in lineup status, he is instantly informed through an HTML5 Link that he is approved. The interactive page that the seafarer receives provides information about the Ship Manager’s Company, full analytical vessel particulars of the vessel he is assigned, synthesis of the crew on board, and some other information.
Elvictor’s network office and the Operations Center receive this information in their SaaS dashboards.
Confirmation
For the security of the lineup’s recruitment procedure’s compliance, the seafarer, now in the lineup stage, through his HTML5 interactive page, is guided to confirm and affirm his willingness to join.
All parties are instantly informed.
Process
After confirming and accepting his lineup, the seafarer applicant receives a series of notifications guiding him to the subsequent procedures that he has to follow for flawless recruitment.
