Crew Manager's Digitalized Operations
Embarkation Stage
Elvictor’s crew management scheme has a set of services that are related to onboard seafarers.
Elvictor provides MGA cloud software onboard the vessel, allowing it to have the Master’s General Account fully updated daily.
Simultaneously, the MGA integration with the resting hours, another module of the software provided onboard the vessel, is also offered to comply with MLC regulations and control any attempts to add more hours over time than the actual working hours worked.
The user-friendly environment in the cloud software provided onboard to the Master allows collaborating with Elvictor on requests and operations such as Cash-To-Master, repatriation scheduling, onboard training, onboard promotions, coordination with the agent, coordination for port disbursements, incidents concerning the crew, and many other operations and services related to the contractual agreement with the Ship Manager.

Takeaways
Philosophy
In the crew management scheme of Elvictor, operations to manage cash to master, MGA, changes of the crew, resting-hours, overlapping wages, and any other crew management operation should be communicated and controlled without interrupting the functions of the Ship Manager. Procedures and management of the crew matters onboard could be tuned and be part of the holistic approach of the digitalization operative momentum of Elvictor.
Proactiveness
Some digitalized procedures and information technology-controlled operations like resting hours can ease the hassle of paperwork and bureaucracy on board and assist the Master of the vessel to perform other functions without hours-waste. Today's industry practice keeps such records in word or excel documents, and the Master has to cross-check with the MGA data at the end of the day in our example, as mentioned earlier. All crew-related operations harmoniously are cross-linked in Elvictor's systems and provide a hassle-free solution for the Master onboard. There is no need for numerous email exchanges with the Master on board, no need for the Master to spend hours on ISM controlled documents, which are automated per vessel per client by Elvictor. No mistakes for resting hours or MGA items or any other onboard operations concerning crew related to the contractual agreement with Elvictor.
Parametic Customization
Depending on the contractual crew management agreement with Elvictor and the services, either included in the lumpsum or provided at cost, the services' customization is profound in the cooperation's initial steps.
Best Practice
Elvictor's approach is customer-centric and vessel-centric to offering services with a digitalized system to control and monitor all operations and provide documented evidence daily.
Paperless Operations
Most procedures are digitalized and are dependent on collaboration tools. Approvals, revisions, and observations are managed through systemic statuses.
Documented Evidence
Every single operation and every single detail is logged. Daily, weekly, and monthly reports are automated, providing an overview of all onboard operations.
