Elvictor's Innovative Cloud Tools
Officer Matrix Compliance
Tankers have been at the forefront of quantitative measurement for screening and selection purposes. Elvictor has embraced this philosophy and even expand it into more complex scenarios directed from varying Ship Manager’s requirements.
The officer matrix compliance in today’s industry is completed after the Ship Manager’s selection and crew interview, and there are numerous times of default because selected seafarers do not comply with the vessel’s officer matrix.
Proactive Officer Matrix
Elvictor does the officer matrix compliance in the matching stage! That means that the potential proposed new candidate is matched prior proposal with the vessel's "vessel and officer matrix" compliance. In this way, the proposed candidate is by definition officer matrix compliant.
It is easier for the ex-crew member for the officer matrix compliance and other algorithmic tools applied due to adequate information that we possess from appraisals, debriefing, training, promotions, career path, and scheduling.
Pre-calculated officer matrix compliant scenarios are provided in line with the scheduled recruitments to assist the Ship Manager's crew department to take the most appropriate decisions without ending doing numerous calculations and comparisons.
Reactive Officer Matrix
On potential shift (transfer) of a lineup or scheduled seafarer from one vessel to another, should grant compliance.
In this transfer procedure, Elvictor has managed to achieve a full digitalization of the processes, providing scenarios per seafarer to which vessels the seafarer complies. A transfer to a vessel of non-compliance is not accepted and blocked by the system.
Officer Matrix pair compliant scenarios are found in the cloud system of Elvictor to assist optimum allocation of the human resources.
Collaboration cloud intranet accounts, with credentials and specific user role rights, are sent to members of the Ship Manager's technical, operations, HSQE, and Vetting divisions.
Let’s use the pair Captain and Chief Officer in our example. The customer of Elvictor may easily choose the following scenarios:

- Proposed Chief Officer with Onboard Master
