Elvictor Drive
Elvictor Drive is an in-house developed cloud space where Elvictor’s cloud ecosystem automatically selects all seafarers’ files and information in a structural form.
All related files and information of the pool of seafarers are automatically exported to this cloud space providing an electronic library with optimum file structure for the Ship Manager’s ease of storage.
The Ship Manager’s Crew Department may propose their filing structure and sequence of updates and documents order as they wish.
In Elvictor's cloud space are also stored in excel, word, and pdf, various files, including statistics, reports, and scheduler.
Elvictor's cloud drive is updated on every change that occurs and is fully customizable.
For GDPR Reasons, the seafarers' data of those seafarers who requested to terminate with the Ship Manager and requested their deleted data are automatically deleted from Elvictor's cloud space for securing the GDPR Compliance. Elvictor's Drive may be connected with any user's google drive, upon Ship Manager's authority, and with any other means of cloud storage.
