ELVICTOR GROUP offers all remote training using the SQLearn’s platform at special prices to all seafarers’ nationalities:
1.) On-Line STCW Basic Training, accredited by Liberia Flag: Required to obtain an initial STCW endorsement for Ordinary Seamen (OS) and includes the following courses:

2. Additional options:
