Stavros C. Galanakis

Stavros C. Galanakis is the Founder and Chairman of Elvictor Group. He invented Elvictor back in 1977 at the age of 26 years old. He was the first to establish crew management and manning company in Hellas.

He has been a shipowner and manager for over 20 vessels, primarily bulk carriers and chemical tankers. He co-managed and has invested in a portfolio of different vessel types and ship management companies throughout his career.

He is widely recognized as a pioneer in the crewing sector, having set up the oldest crew services company in Greece and leading the exploration of new markets regarding labor supply on board, establishing himself as a highly respectable member in the global shipping value network.

He was the first Greek Consul of Maldives and has served for two decades, and even in his hobbies is recognized and prized, he is recognized in poetry, being in the national poetry and songwriter in the most prominent and well-known singers and composers.

Konstantinos S. Galanakis

Konstantinos joined Elvictor Group in 2001. In his current capacity, he is responsible for controlling the Group's business units' cross-national operations and orchestrating the smooth inter-functional coordination of its diverse value chain activities.

He has placed digital transformation as the fundamental pillar of Elvictor's infrastructure and philosophy since 2002 and setting it as Elvictor's primary strategy, attaining the creation and development of Elvictor's cloud ecosystem and an arsenal of innovative cloud interactive tools for the Ship Managers and the Seafarers.

His philosophy is pure Kaizen-driven and focuses on gradually improving productivity by involving all employees and making the work environment more efficient through continuous "change for the better" and "continuous improvement". His focus is on quality control, just-in-time delivery, standardized work, efficient equipment, and infrastructure rightsizing to succeed in the continuous elimination of time and operation waste. He firmly believes that small changes now can have significant future impacts.

Concerning the human element, he is the greatest supporter. He believes in continuous investment in the human factor through upskilling, training, career pathing, mentoring and providing technological tools to assist any user and any participant through digital guidance.

He is widely recognized as one of the pioneers of information technology applications in his field of Shipping. He is fully committed to promoting transparency, ethics, and quality for operational safety and meritocracy across all the ecosystem and organization levels.

He is the founder of SEATRIX Technologies with co-founder the COO/CTO Chris Tzoutzakis.

Konstantinos holds a B.B.A, M.B.A., and a master's degree in Shipping. His historic strategic move was to make Elvictor's premier listing in crew management globally and historically.

Lampros Theodorou

Lampros Theodorou has served as a non-executive director of the Company since …. 2020. Mr. Theodorou has over 35 years of experience in the banking sector. He has held executive positions at various banks in Athens, Greece. From 1994 to 2013, Mr. Theodorou served as the Deputy General Manager and head of the Shipping Unit of EFG Eurobank S.A. Prior to this, Mr. Theodorou held the position of Vice-President and Piraeus Shipping Manager of the Shipping Department of The Chase Manhattan Bank N.A., while before, held various managerial positions in the corporate departments of the bank, in Frankfurt, London and Athens. In 1971, Mr. Theodorou graduated from the University of Piraeus in Greece with a Bachelor in Business Administration, while in 1973 he was granted with a diploma in Management from the Graduate School of Commerce and Business Studies of Athens in Greece. In 1975 Mr. Theodorou was awarded a Master of Science in Business Operations from the University of Arkansas in the United States of America.

Christodoulos Tzoutzakis

Christodoulos joined Elvictor Group in 2011. He was working part-time since 2002 with the CEO, at the proper beginning of the digital transformation of Elvictor Group. He assisted until he joined Elvictor to create the cloud ecosystem and development of the in-house IT and infrastructure until this infrastructure stemmed from the creation of SEATRIX Technologies that support specific instance Elvictor Group. He is the co-founder of SEATRIX Technologies.

He has worked 25 years in prudent ship management companies that he developed the full suite of ship management programs, and has been the CTO and the advisor of ship managers.

His focus as the Group COO and CTO is technological innovations aiming to optimize crew selection and minimize human error. His involvement with various projects has given him a broad knowledge base of the maritime industry, making him very versatile when dealing with the challenges found at the intersection of the maritime sector and the human resources sector.

He is directly informing the Chairman and the CEO, and the subsidiary's company's CEO.
Christodoulos holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an M.Sc. in Information Management and Analytics.

Katerina Bokou

CFO
Officer
Katerina Joined Elvictor in 2021. Prior to that, she held a finance executive role in the NYSE listed Aegean Marine Petroleum Network inc. As part of her duties, she regularly coordinated and worked on SEC filings, debt and equity public offerings, share repurchases and investment appraisals. Before joining Aegean Marine in 2007, she was a senior auditor with EY Greece. Katerina is certified as a Chartered Accountant from IESOEL, holds an MSc in applied Auditing and Accounting, an MSc in International Banking and Financial services from the University of Reading and a BSc in Economic Science from the University of Athens.
