These documents contain much information, and in the past, data-entry officers were typing this information. This information is automatically acquired and injected into Elvictor's SaaS ecosystem's seaman file, with accuracy, without a hassle, and authenticated.
Pending Travel Documents
In case the passport, any visa, or seaman book is pending, expired, expiring, or under revalidation, each travel document's status is reported to the Ship Manager's Crew Department online and with email reports.
Whatever operation is pending is reported upon the change of status.
Whatever is pending, expired, expiring, or under revalidation, the seafarer is informed automatically through Elvictor's ecosystem, and a specific coded HTML5 link is communicated to him.
The interactive and reactive web page from the link allows the seafarer to confirm the notification and interact through this web page. The seafarer can inform, book an appointment with our network office or upload the document (revalidated or missing). All parties are notified instantly.
